    Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you with hybrid working, with an average of 2 days a week in the office as required.

    Your base location will be in Thorpe Wood House in Peterborough.

    We currently have an exciting new position for a Portfolio Insights Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

    The Portfolio Insights Manager is responsible for embedding new risk and AI-powered analytics platforms to help quantify portfolio deliverability and risk, to meet the growing demands of the Delivery Portfolio Management team and to facilitate the predictable delivery of our growing Capital Investment Programme.

    Managing a team of Portfolio Insights Analysts, you will drive the use of our new tools and deliver actionable insights across the business, applying learning gleaned from our past projects and portfolios, to tackle future risks before they become issues.

    A strong background in project controls methodologies, financial and project plan reporting is essential, alongside a working knowledge of the regulatory framework in the UK water industry.

    Design and deliver a highly accurate PowerBI based investment insights reporting and decision making suite.

    Through machine learning techniques and predictive analytics tools, identify and highlight key learning from previous project plans, ensuring these are presented and embedded into decision making for current and future projects.

    Monitor and report on themes and risks derived from our tools and reporting, ensuring strong representation from the team at Portfolio Boards.

    Experience of Anglian Water Investment systems particularly TDW, C55, P6 and SAP
    Experienced manipulator of different data sets including performance data for efficient use to benefit the business
    A strong background in Project Controls
