- Spotting opportunities for process enhancement, influencing client behavior to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Handling escalations from client service officers, providing team-wide training support.
- Delivering daily support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management, fostering positive client experiences for existing and potential new clients.
- Significant experience in client-facing roles within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with correspondent banking or knowledge of payment products and their life cycles.
- Proven ability to communicate impactful data effectively to clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Experience in proposing digital solutions to clients.
- Background of working in a global team setting.
