Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Supporter Care Administrator to join our Fundraising team based in London.
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.
Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment.
We want to end youth homelessness byTogether with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
Supporter Care is at the heart of any organisation, as individual donors help to secure our long term future and enable us to work toward our ultimate goal of ending youth homelessness by 2037.
The primary function of the Supporter Care team is to support individual givers through their journey with Centrepoint and adopting their point of view and behaviours to give them the best experience as a Centrepoint supporter.
As Supporter Care Administrator, you'll report into the Senior Supporter Care Officer and will handle the day-to-day administration and general supporter queries via the telephone, email and post.
As Supporter Care Administrator, you'll also be responsible for all donation processing, ensuring that supporters' donations are thanked and processed in a timely manner and that Centrepoint procedures are followed and updated when necessary.
Alongside this, you will support the Supporter Care Officer in sharing supporters' prospective with the wider team and always putting the supporter at the forefront and heart of everything Centrepoint does.

Working in a small team with our full time Senior Supporter Care Officer and Supporter Officer dealing with daily supporter enquiries by phone, email and letter
Using your excellent customer care skills, fantastic written and numerical skills and attention to detail
Inputting and updating supporter details on our database
Writing detailed procedure notes
