**Job Description

Job Function/Purpose:

Principal Responsibilities:

To maintain productivity in the department
Supervise the Sub-con team ensuring that all stock, works orders, PO's are completed on time.
Taking on daily tasks such s resource management/meeting and any other duties we seem fit
Endeavour to finish all daily order requirements in a time honoured fashion and to ensure that the Sub-Con department is adequately resourced to meet the earliest possible end of day.
Ensure all EHS policies are adhered to
Problem solve any issues that arise in the department alongside the Despatch Manager
Co-ordinate workload to ensure timely booking in and out of all sub-con functions
Problem solve any issues that arise in the department alongside the Despatch Manager
Identify any improvements within the department
Good level of communication with other department supervisor to maintain a constant flow of products through departments
Ensure preservation of products is maintained
ISHO Managing safely Certificate
Ensure that all staff adheres to company policy and that discipline is maintained
To take a responsible approach to Health and Safety
Ensure that the Housekeeping is kept to a high standard at all time
Fulfil any training programs deemed necessary to allow efficient performance of duties and assist in your personal development
Any other duties as required, commensurate with job position
