- Actively engage and lead strategic engagements, both technical and business focused to build winning, differentiated Salesforce capabilities and value within JLR.
- Work with other members of the JLR Salesforce CoE and wider teams to determine plans and execute on the best strategy.
- Articulate the benefits of JLR's Salesforce cloud based architecture to stakeholders as they look to transform their business.
- Expertly present Salesforce technology, application development, infrastructure, security and integration capabilities and how they can be leveraged to optimise the outcome for user/customer.
- Build and present customized demos with other members of the team to highlight technical capabilities and innovation available on the Salesforce platform – rapid visual prototyping.
- Accountable for the definition, creation and maintenance of the Salesforce Reference Architecture.
- Chair the JLR Salesforce Architectural Design Authority (ADA).
- Develop a good understanding of the opportunities for further innovation using Salesforce capabilities across the JLR Enterprise.
- Exceptional hands-on track-record of software development where service quality & security is a priority.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce eco system and how they can be configured, business capabilities and development.
- Coaching mindset – to be able to explore and challenge stakeholders positively.
- Proven internal/external stakeholder management ability.
- Demonstrable ability to successfully interact with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a commercial, pragmatic and entrepreneurial environment where pace and execution are a pre-requisite.
- An individual who can apply methodical rigour to complex tasks, collaborate across functions and combine a short-term, pragmatic focus with a strategic vision across the organisation to achieve the required outcome.
