This is your chance to be a part of our client who is looking for an Information Security Officer in Newcastle


Key Accountabilities:

The position includes, but is not limited to;

  • Ownership of our main ERP system end user permission (skybased) and dialogue with the maker
  • Access control and governance of the ERP system in line with best practices
  • Facilitation of increased control over access to other FFM related software and services along with software owners
  • ISAE 3402 responsibility for Flex LNG Fleet Management AS
  • Ownership of cyber security measures and controls within the organisation, and cyber security responsibility for our 13 vessels
  • Implementation of best practices and participation in relevant industry forums to stay updated
Education & Work Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields
  • At least 2 years' experience working with ERP and IT systems
  • Knowledge of ISAE 3402 international assurance standards
  • The position requires no previous experience within the shipping industry, however previous experience with asset management industry would be a significant advantage
Job Specific Skills

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel, sometimes at short notice
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
