    Finance Business Partner being hired for a global Pharma companyUp to £60,000 + Bonus and Benefits3 days a week in the officeI am hiring a Finance Business Partner for a global pharma company business based in Berkshire.

    You will be responsible for the business partnering of a fundamental and specific business unit. .as well as providing timely and precise finance information to support the G&A functions to drive decision-making.

    The role will collaborate closely with the Commercial Controlling team, Finance Business Partners, and Heads of Department within the Affiliate Leadership TeamKey candidate requirements for this role:
    Qualified or Part-qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

    Demonstrable experience partnering with different stakeholdersThe ability to present financial information to key stakeholdersStrong communication skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExperience working with a complex and large businessKey responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
    Ownership of the Forecasting and Budgeting process and preparing this information for review by senior stakeholdersManaging the monthly accrual of customer rebates, working closely with FP&A to ensure accurate net sales reportingWorking with a wide variety of stakeholders outside of finance to strategically plan new business decisionsManaging the General & Administrative Expenses (G&A - e.g. Facilities, General Manager, IT and Finance cost centres), providing Finance Business Partner support to Division Heads Drive continuous improvement with the finance team.
