    As the Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. If you have previous purchase ledger experience and are looking for a full-time, permanent role, we would love to hear from youResponsibilities:Process and reconcile purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timelinessRaise PO's Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepanciesMonitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and paymentsMaintain supplier accounts and resolve any payment-related queriesSupport with other administrative tasks such as filling, answering calls and monitoring the department inbox

    Required Skills:

    Previous experience in purchase ledger administrationProficient in using accounting software and Microsoft ExcelAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesA positive and proactive attitude towards workNext steps:Interviews to take place ASAP so apply today.
