Description
My client is a well-established family run business based just in York. Operating out of over 30,000 of factory space, using state of the art machinery.


We are looking for a full time and permanent site based 'Electrical Engineer' who is also able to carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance.


The role will include the following:

  • Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing of production equipment
  • Manage and maintain stock of spare parts
  • Attend to repairs and breakdowns
  • Help setting up machinery to ensure a quality product is produced
The role will be for 40 hours per week but we would also consider applicants looking for less hours.


Our working hours are 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, however this role could be much more flexible and would include some 'out of hours' work in order to carry out maintenance without disrupting production.


Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
