THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity has become available working for a successful and growing Data Management Consultancy. The role is based in the Northeast and supports end users UK wide. It is an exciting time to join the business as they are going through a strongperiod of growth.

Salary:
£21,000 - £23,0000

Location:
Doxford Business Park, Near Sunderland

Hybrid working:
Yes. There is a general 60 / 40 split of time in the office and out. This though is flexible depending on the workload.

Working Hours:37.5 hours per week (service desk operates 8am - 6pm) so flexibility within these hours is required.

Holidays:25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + 5 days to buy / sell (giving the potential of 38 days per year)

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Though the role title is a Junior IT Support Consultant this role will be twin focused.

(a) offering support resolving 1st line issues, (b) helping in the setup of new users into the business (including AD group and policies, laptop builds).

So, experiencein a similar role will be needed.

The role will predominantly involve:

You will ideally have 1+ year(s) of IT support experience within a service desk / End User Environment.
Will have experience of supporting a broad range of hardware and software, with a focus around Widows Desktops / Laptops, Office 36
Creation and maintenance of user accounts on all company systems, including Active Directory, Office 36
Comfortable working in a ITIL Service Desk environment.
