    People Relationship Manager - Corporate Services (People)

    Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

    Location: Kings Hill, Kent / Hybrid

    CSG is seeking a People Relationship Manager to aid the Associate Director of People and Divisional CEO in shaping and executing our People strategy. As part of the Divisional Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role is centered on delivering exceptional leadership, cultivating a thriving culture, promoting talent management, and facilitating career-boosting learning and development.

    Operating as a trusted advisor, critical friend, and coordinator, the People Relationship Manager (PRM) will provide support to the Associate Director of People and Divisional CEO by offering regular operational feedback, collaborating across portfolio businesses to identify areas for enhancement and improvement, as well as sharing best practices and opportunities for operational and commercial growth.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the Associate Director of People in developing and implementing CSG's innovative people strategy to establish CSG as the employer of choice in a diverse and rapidly expanding organization
    • Acting as a trusted advisor and local people expert to the Portfolio CEO, relaying real-time feedback from operating businesses on areas for improvement, service feedback, and organizational needs
    • Embracing and promoting CSG's HR operational model, ensuring adherence from local management through their assigned HR responsibilities
    • Elevating areas for improvement or change concerning CSG's outsourced HR services to the Associate Director of People for further discussion with partners
    • Collaborating with Heads of L&D and Talent to tailor delivery to evolving business needs
    • Proactively driving divisional initiatives such as talent management and succession planning using data-driven solutions to address people-related challenges
    • Assisting the Associate Director of People in obtaining external validation and relevant accreditations for CSG
    • Providing visible and dynamic leadership to sustain progress in staff engagement, culture, and values through effective communication and L&D utilization
    • Supporting the Associate Director of People & Diversity and the Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Manager in implementing CSG's DEI strategy and advocating this strategic focus with business leaders
    • Producing high-quality reports, strategies, and presentations as needed, while collaborating with the PR & Communications team to enhance CSG's public image

    What we are looking for:

    • CIPD qualified HR professional (minimum level 5)
    • Skilled relationship builder with excellent communication abilities
    • Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders in a matrix organizational structure
    • Adaptable individual with a successful background in change management during periods of growth
    • Extensive experience in developing and implementing people strategies
    • Experience in an advisory role, communicating across business functions to drive service enhancements
    • Data-oriented, utilizing data for informed decisions and positive results
