Role Requirements - Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar
- Knowledge and experience of project management, contract management (i.e. through use of major contract forms e.g. NEC3, NEC4, FIDIC or similar), strategic planning, methodologies and construction delivery best practice
- Experience of infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle
- Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients. Significant experience and a working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts is required. NEC Accreditation is preferable
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with multiple types of stakeholders with

Due to Continued Growth the position of NEC Project Manager has become available to join our successful team based in Manchester.
Costain are working in a client advisory capacity for a number of northwest based local authorities and require accredited NEC Project Management resource to assist in the commercial and project administration of a number of multi £m highway infrastructure initiatives
This is a hybrid role with 4 days based on site.
