Are you passionate about supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs? Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Year 1 class in Battersea.

This long-term position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives and contribute to their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.

Assist the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Collaborate with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals to monitor students' progress and provide feedback on interventions and support strategies

Requirements:
Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting students with ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students' learning and well-being
