    Woking - Field Service Engineer - £25k-£35k - Wireless Technology

    As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of the company, providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to their valued clients.

    Main Duties:
    Conducting on-site installations, repairs, and upgrades of our wireless measurement equipment.

    Collaborating with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

    Performing routine maintenance checks and calibration to ensure optimal performance.

    Providing comprehensive training sessions to clients on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.

    Documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records of all field service operations.


    Requirements:
    Previous experience in a similar field service or technical support role.

    Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic equipment.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

    Willingness to travel to client sites within the designated region.
