    As a Tech Lead, you'll be an integral part of our agile team, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to development processes.

    We're seeking a candidate who is passionately customer-focused, dedicated to quality, and adept at timely delivery.


    Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with Product and Software Development Managers to prioritize, define, and guide the delivery of product features within the dynamic realm of Future State Architecture.nWork closely within our development team to enhance scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usability.nOffer support, guidance, and mentorship to fellow team members.nEngage in all phases of feature development, from conception to deployment, contributing to ongoing updates and enhancements.nAddress diverse challenges across the product and codebase landscape.


    Essential skills:

    nProficiency in React NativenExperience with Azure.nDemonstrated leadership in leading a team of developers.nAbility to liaise effectively with stakeholders in UX, Product, DevOps, and Architecture.nStrong capability to translate business requirements into software designs.
