An exciting opportunity to work as an Administrator within a flexible hybrid role.

You will be providing administrative support for a range of teams as well as minutes for a range of meetings.


Your duties will include:

  • Administrative support for a range of teams
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Producing accurate minutes of the meetings in a timely manner using Microsoft Word

Personal spec:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work confidently when interpreting complex information
  • Previous minute taking experience
  • Resilient and highly professional
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English
  • Flexible start and finish times can be based on when meetings are held
