An exciting opportunity to work as an Administrator within a flexible hybrid role.You will be providing administrative support for a range of teams as well as minutes for a range of meetings.
Your duties will include:
- Administrative support for a range of teams
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Producing accurate minutes of the meetings in a timely manner using Microsoft Word
Personal spec:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Ability to work confidently when interpreting complex information
- Previous minute taking experience
- Resilient and highly professional
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
- GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English
- Flexible start and finish times can be based on when meetings are held
