    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital HR Technology Specialist to join our Digital Enterprise team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR technology solutions, with a focus on digitizing and optimizing HR processes. The Digital HR Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing, managing, and continuously improving digital HR systems to enhance efficiency and overall employee experience.

    Responsibilities:

    HR Technology Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of digital HR solutions, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with HR leaders, Digital teams, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with user needs.
  • System Configuration and Customization:

  • Working with vendors/development and support teams to configure and customize HR systems to align with organizational requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of HR technology platforms to optimize system usage.
  • User Training and Support:

  • Support with training sessions for HR and other relevant teams on the effective use of HR technology platforms.
  • Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Integration and Interface Management:

  • Manage integrations between HR systems and other business applications.
  • Ensure a seamless flow of data and information across various platforms.
  • Compliance and Security:

  • Stay informed about HR technology compliance standards and ensure that systems meet regulatory requirements.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data.
  • Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support development and delivery of HR systems.
  • About you - Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:

  • General understanding of the HR Domain and systems used within HR
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at different levels of seniority
  • Able to work both in a team (as member and/or leader) and independently, to deliver results
  • Good attention to detail and an ability to analyse and use data in decision making.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
  • Experience identifying, diagnosing and resolving issues independently; will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications
  • Qualifications

    Experience with HR systems and a strong grasp of technology are key.
