    An exciting opportunity has come up for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join the Talent Team on a fixed term contract until the end of October.

    The Talent Acquisition Team work as the face of recruitment for the hospital, developing strategies to attract top talent to areas requiring support. From attending jobs fairs, hosting internal events, support in the organisation of assessment centres to setting up bespoke marketing plans to promote hard to fill positions, this role covers a wide and varied workload.

    Some of the main duties of the job are:


    • To provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team.


    • Provide support with advert text creation and attraction campaigns.


    • Creating social media content and other promotional materials.


    • Organisation and attendance to recruitment events and career fairs.
