Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service by handling all incoming calls, resolving issues, and supporting development initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess good customer focus, effective complaint handling abilities, strong PC and keyboard skills, excellent call management capabilities, organizational and time management expertise, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
