About the Senior Content Creator role

In the role of Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing a team of Content Creators who ideate, create and manage social media content across our roster of well-known brands, from KFC to Beats by Dre.

This is a modern social media role, where your skills for creative ideation and traditional social media management will align.

What are we looking for?

Reporting to the Associate Creator Director, you will manage a team of Content Creators and work with them to successfully manage and develop the social content output for your clients, ensuring it aligns with the brand's strategy, meets KPIs and is always social-first.

Main Responsibilities

Management of a sub team and coordination of interdepartmental collaboration
Working with the Client Services team to maintain a strong relationship with the client
Ensuring all content output and community engagement maintains a high quality standard and ladders up to the overarching strategy

Must Haves

Strong understanding the everchanging landscape of social media
Proven experience delivering content against strategic objectives and KPIs
Ability to lead on organic social strategy best practices
Creative eye for what makes quality socialfirst content
Impeccable grammar and flair for writing and editing captivating copy
Experience using social media management platforms, such as Emplifi
Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and evaluate content successes
Finger on the pulse of popular culture

Desirables:

A keen interest in one/some of our key client verticals: sports, music, tv/film
To have built an engaged following on social media
Good sense of humour and ability to write witty copy
