    Description

    As an Administrative Assistant +, you will work closely with our existing full-time secretary and undertake a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

    Assisting the full-time secretary with daily tasks and responsibilities.


    • Greeting and registering visitors to the office.
    • Coordinating meeting appointments and managing the office calendar.
    • Handling stationary and office equipment orders, as well as monitoring stock levels.
    • Receiving and registering packages delivered to the office.
    • Coordinating deliveries of items to various projects and updating relevant personnel.
    • Managing parking requests and registering office key holders & parking spaces.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
