Head of IT
The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) provides critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. Speed and time are crucial in emergency situations, and the Air Ambulance crew brings the A&E department to the scene effectively.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role as the first standalone IT member of staff. You will mold the IT provision and infrastructure, ensure a top-notch day-to-day service, oversee the relationship with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), handle cyber security and training, and plan the adoption of new technology to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
You should possess excellent interpersonal skills to establish productive relationships with colleagues across the charity for top-notch IT service delivery. With a hands-on approach, you will collaborate with various departments and hold significant expertise in IT infrastructure, covering servers, MS365, security, backup, networks, and more.
