Mechanically minded with a methodical approach to learning. A highly competent individual who has recently completed A levels and am seeking a fulfilling apprenticeship which will increase my skill set and further my experience in the world of work. Motivated and focused in completing any task handed, committed to providing high quality, personalized customer service and care.

I completed work experience at an opticians. Through this, I learnt about the different roles an individual has to adapt to carry out their responsibilities efficiently. Shadowing these skilled optometrists in their day-to-day activities such as contact lens fittings, eye tests and dispensing taught me that affinity, patience, and self-composure towards colleagues are crucial in developing an understanding with them. Whilst helping out in admin, I discovered that communication skills are essential in any career. Without them, assisting and directing colleagues through what can typically be a complicated task would be more difficult. 

I've also worked part-time as a barista in a local coffee shop. I have learnt key communication skills and building rapport with customers. I also manage inventory and product levels by stocking, refilling and preparing coffee products.
