I’m a Product Manager with 9+ years of industry experience in product, marketing and strategy. My product beliefs are strongly influenced by my career experience, coaches/mentors  and self-education. I’m an advocate for using continuous discovery methods to find customer pain points, needs and desires to build products that help achieve OKRs, drive growth and delight users. 

I recently took a sabbatical across Asia to explore diverse cultures, deepen meditation practices and train in martial arts. This experience has enhanced my adaptability and user empathy — key skills in product management for understanding customer needs and building impactful solutions.

Experience

Product Manager - Judge.me (London, UK)

April 2024 - October 2024

  • Facilitated Judge.me’s first ever live webinar to 1000+ customers, aimed at increasing feature adoption and upsells. This set a record for daily upsells from Free to Paid plans and led to notable feature uptake.
  • Developed a comprehensive competitive analysis framework to identify key feature gaps, guiding strategic decision-making and enhancements.
  • Created a prioritisation matrix to evaluate and prioritise features and products on roadmap with key senior business stakeholders.
  • Introduced and implemented collective ideation and a user interview framework, training PM and Designers on these methodologies to enhance cross-team collaboration and discovery processes.
  • Successfully ideated and delivered numerous critical features identified from product discovery. Solutions included the usage of QR Codes, AI and advanced language detection models.

Product Manager - Feefo (London, UK)

September 2021 - April 2024

  • Establishing first self-service SaaS product - Feefo Shopify Reviews App; full automated onboarding and payment. Reducing average Shopify customer onboarding time from 4 days to <2 minutes.
  • Achieved 2023 Q2 stretch objective “significantly improve the onboarding experience of Shopify customers”. Improved user experience, reducing 80% same-day uninstalls through data-driven analysis and targeted onboarding optimisations. Achieved Key Result of reducing monthly uninstallation by 50%.
  • Achieved personal OKRs e.g. interview 3 customers/consumers a week.
  • Contributed to the successful migration of 300+ Reevoo clients and 50+ million reviews to Feefo.
  • Launched Feefo’s first non-reviews related product from conception to delivery - which had a 15% customer up-sell rate in the first few weeks.
  • Launched a new B2B website, increasing SEO ranking and visitor traffic by 19% in the first quarter.
  • Mentoring 2 Product Owners on discovery practices.

Product Manager - Reevoo (London, UK)

October 2018 - August 2021

  • Optimised review collection journey.  A/B tested CTAs for review email to questionnaire. Led to 35% increase in CTR. This optimisation resulted in a 9% response rate, nearly triple the industry average.
  • Responsible for onboarding training 50+ new employees on Reevoo’s products, vision and ethics.
  • Led development of Reevoo Launch product - a program that allows selected and trusted reviewers to receive free/discounted products in exchange for writing an honest/unbiased review. This new product generated 8% of the company’s annual revenue.
  • Created pricing strategy and model, redesigned dynamic pricing engine for Sales and Account Management to price clients and prospects - this resulted in a reduction of “loss reason = price” by 40%. 

Product Marketing Analyst - Reevoo (London, UK)

September 2016 - September 2018

  • Utilised analytical skills to generate insights from reviews, shared with top national news publishers (e.g. The Times, The Independent, The Week) resulting in articles published. The PR piece was the most successful in the company's history, significantly enhancing brand awareness
  • Assisted in crafting email campaign messaging and ideation; generated performance reports to empower business development teams to make strategic follow-ups to engaged leads.
  • Created content for company blog, ebooks and defined PR topics.
  • Conducted competitor, market, and technology analysis, providing regular updates and comprehensive documentation; expanded company knowledge of the marketplace and influenced product development, partnerships, and positioning decisions
