I am naturally a very calm and organized person and I considered myself committed and cheerful. My strongest skill as a Healthcare Assistant is always being willing to provide the best support with a quick response and in a friendly manner. Expanding my knowledge and learning from my mistakes are skills I have acquired over years of experience. I worked there a few years ago I have the pleasure to be back at the company where I have had the opportunity to improve and learn new skills. I provided customer support to Portuguese speakers by presenting solutions for their needs and issues over the phone, through chats, and emails. I search for resolutions and follow the process to propose great first support to customers and a good first impression, also, by doing this, I can get and achieve good results on quality benchmarks, executions, and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). 

• Luxurycare Aranlaw | Healthcare Assistant (September 2020 – Jun 2022) - Poole – Assist over 50 residents aged 58 to 98 with dementia with all their daily needs including personal hygiene, dressing, turning position, and transferring using equipment such as hoister and stand-aid. Working shifts 12h during the day I could understand and adapt to each resident and their own needs. I have been trained to administrate their medication, first aid, and Gemma Jones training about dealing with dementia.

• Female Clinic | Nurse [February 2015 – June 2016] – Brazil

Responsible for the Surgical Ward, organizing and scheduling surgeries, materials, and infection control. Responsible for the organization and routine of the Sterilization Material Centre. Circulating and instrumentation in some surgeries. Post-anesthetic and post-surgical follow-up. Assist in endoscopy and ultrasound exams.
