My brief background

I was blessed to qualify in mental health nursing in 2017. 

Started my my preceptor nursing role in January 2018 at an assessment inpatient ward for adults. 

Promoted to band 6 charge nurse in early 2020. 

In September 2020, I became a CPN. 

 

Experience

I have had the privilege to work in Mental health assessment ward as my first job. This ward gave me so many opportunities to develop my nursing skills. 

Due to personal circumstance I moved to a different location and joined a mental health community service for adults. I learned a role of a CPN, clozapine clinic nurse, management of
