Anaïs Serres

Having a BA in Fine Art and an MA in Contemporary Practice, I have great experience working with artists and galleries. I have, among other projects, worked with Tate Modern as a workshop leader for one of their Tate Lates back in March 2023. 

I have experience managing the logistics of art handling - moving organization and (de)installing, being in conversation with gallerists and curators about the space…

I also have experience in set-building, as I have briefly worked with an independent label that would host live sessions. I have also worked with a major music publisher doing work deliveries (onboarding metadata, entering agreements, and having daily liaisons with clients and different teams).

I speak three languages fluently (English, French, and Spanish) and basic Italian. I have done freelance translation jobs, which I'd be happy to do again.

Daily catalogue and agreement entries for international clients, needing a strong liaison between clients and colleagues in Copyright, Client Owners, and Contract Administration teams. Daily use of Word and Excel to onboard and organise high quality metadata within strict deadlines. Excellent understanding of the music publishing process in order to provide the most ecient service.

Stone Studios, London — Artist Assistant

JULY 2023

Assisted Alyse Stone with artwork installation and checking AV for the artist who was showing in House of Annetta and Truman Brewery. Daily exchanges with gallerists, curators, and artists in the space on behalf of Alyse Stone.

Act Cool Records, London — Freelance

SEPTEMBER 2022 - OCTOBER 2022

Set design and building within the art department team. The sets were used for live session recordings for various artists.

Jo Collective, London — Writer & Editor

APRIL 2022 - JUNE 2022

Wrote and approved final edits for article proposals, press releases, and social media. The collective has been published in the magazine Now & Then based in Singapore.
