• Working to targets to achieve incentives, my skill set was proven in this when I led the store to become top in the region during an incentive to sell high margin items
• Duty manager: I used my leadership skills and empathy, to delegate tasks to staff, whilst making sure every team member was working to their strengths and improving on their weaknesses
      
• Working with a daily checklist to make sure that the store was always at its full potential. This included checking stock levels, expiry dates and making sure every aisle was well presented and organised.
