Experience; 
2020 – 2021 – Sales Assistant. 
I was a paperboy for a local shop in Stockport. Not only did this give me the experience of working independently, but I was also able to grow in confidence and take ownership of problems that arose. For example, several residents informed me they had not received their newspaper the previous day. I immediately calmed the situation down by my communication skills. I contacted my supervisor and gave a thorough and detailed account which as a result, my supervisor gave each resident a refund.
I also assisted with stock taking which involved ensuring the correct amount of stock was received from the supplier and any deficiencies, I took and maintain control off by contacting the supplier and ensuring the stock missing was replenished. 
4th July 2022 – 18TH July 2022 – National Citizen Service.
I took park in the National Citizen Youth programme where I gain numerous life skills such as leadership skills, developing my listening skills and handling numerous responsibilities. 
I worked as part of a team on several projects which developed my problem-solving skills. I also went onto design and deliver a project which went onto have a positive impact within the local community. The project was to raise funds so that equipment could be bought for a local community hall. I gained experience in public speaking by delivering the project to local companies. 
The project also enabled me to supervise a team which I went onto do confidently and enthusiastically. 
July 2020 – September 2022 – Customer Service Advisor. 
Company – Gasworks LTD
I worked as a customer service advisor which involved taking orders and booking appointments over the telephone and in person.
My listening and communications skills developed greatly allowing me to build relationships with customers over the telephone and in person. I communicated articulately, ensuring at all times that the customers were satisfied with the level of service I was providing and more importantly the service the company was providing. 
At all times I ensured any complaints made were dealt with efficiently and correctly. 
I also assisted with bookkeeping, ensuring the company’s accounts were accurate each day. I consider myself to be a competent mathematician which I used daily in my role.
June 2023 – August 2023 – Customer Service Advisor.
Company – STG Sullivan LTD
My role as a customer service advisor involved ordering stock and maintaining the levels of already  purchased stock. 
I would assist my colleagues by answering queries on the telephone and booking appointments.
The role involved working beyond the end of my shift, which I did without hesitation and with enthusiasm.
16th October 2023 – 31st December 2023 – Retail Assistant
Company – Primark, Manchester
My role as a retail assistant involved the overall running of the department and to consistently provide excellent customer service to customers.

Skills;
I have excellent communication and listening skills. 
I am highly educated, and I have just achieved 9 GCSE’S, all with an exceptional pass mark.
Mathematics mentor – Assisted year 7 & 8 students weekly at lunch times to help them understand the Maths concept and to increase their confidence in the subject.

Interests and Hobbies; 
I play football and cricket for local teams. 
My fitness level is high as I like to go out walking and cycling. 
I enjoy reading.
I enjoy socialising and regularly meet up with my friends to go bowling, the cinema or gaming. 
I am interested in current affairs which assists me in my chosen college courses.
 

I have worked part time at primark in Manchester Piccadilly, which was a Christmas temporary job so I could earn a little money, experience and also develop my social skills and confidence abilities.

At the moment, I'm an a level student taking my a levels and I plan to go to the university of liverpool in the following academic year to study law with criminology.
