I’m K.Chandika Perera, perera Mechanical Engineer by profession and attached here with my CV.I worked as a Lean Manufacturing operation managerial role with 17 years of experience in MAS holdings Sri Lanka working as different roles in quality, engineering, operations, Lean manufacturing up to General manger level in production by leading 2500 employees. Recently I worked as a Lean Consultant (continuous Improvement) at Interloop PVT Ltd.

I’m looking at opportunities in Lean manufacturing, production, Mechanical engineering (Automobile or other manufacturing) or in operations. 

I’m qualified as a Lean Black Belt holder from MAS Holdings and also completed Six Sigma Black Belt from the Lean Six sigma company UK. I have Completed MBA in this year from Chichester university UK. Also, I have completed Engineering council exam part 1 from UK and National Diploma in mechanical engineering from University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. In MAS Holdings I have trained by TOYOTA Engineers to apply Lean Manufacturing to the apparel industry as well.
