Charlotte Lonsdale-ellis

My name is Charlotte lonsdale-ellis  i am 33 years old. I am married with a 3 year old son. I work at macsonalds for the past year and a half where my main role and recently changed to customer care as I have worked my way from the kitchen and now work with the customer at the front to make sure there happy with there time at macdonalds and service is 100 percent. I enjoy working with customers and meeting new people everyday, it gives me sailtifaction and enjoyment making customers experience a nice one. I recently changes to customer care role due to management having a high level of feedback from customer commenting on how there experience was with me. As much as I enjoy this role and job its a great struggle with childcare due to being on 9 hour contract I have no other choice but to look else where as nursery's are set times and days so cannot keep changing every week.  So i have thought about this deeply and decided if I am to change jobs I would like it to be a job that I am passionate and excited to do. I have spoken to many friends about this who are in care roles and they agree that I would be perfect  for this role as I enjoy helping others and get great satisfaction noing I have made someone's day and helped them when they need me the most.  I live in a street of bungalows and many of my neighbours are elderly and appreciate my help on a daily basis even if it is not something that needs doing just a chat. This makes me happy to no I have brightened up there day and made them smile as some of them do no even get to see anyone all day. I would like to apply for this role as I think I am a kind caring and most importantly understanding and compassionate with every person I meet. I have experience in my family with cerabal palsy and have helped my sister have a break many times throughout this. Along with my nephew who's autistic he comes and stays at mine at weekends and holiday for a little respite and have a great bond with him. I am bubbly enthusiastic and love to keep busy. I put my all into everything I do until I succeed. I would love to be given the opportunity to show you what I can bring to your company.  Thank you for taking the time to read this

Most of my experience had been in customer service and food establishments 

Currently I work at macdonalds for 1.5yrs

For the first 1 year I was building my self up in the kitchen cooking food and rotating around different area. Whilst doing my elearning and courses.

I then went out on the front for a few cover shifts in customer where I got a lot of food for thoughts from the customers so it was decided by management I should stay in the front of house with the customers and I am my best at helping others and making sure everyone has the best experience when they come in. 

Before macdonalds I worked at fish and chip shops but due to moving boultham Park area I could keep traveling to there so moved to macdonalds. 

Before this I have worked as cleaners and also for a domestic violence charity helping victims start a new life and be there for then

I have worked in many other restaurant in my 33 years of life to.
