I am 24 years old and seeking opportunities that align with my experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, and practical roles such as manufacturing and manual labour. I am eager to apply my skills, adaptability, and leadership experience in a role where I can contribute effectively and continue to develop professionally.

I have many skills and experiences across hospitality, administration, reception, manufacturing, and manual labour. My hospitality roles provided a strong foundation in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments, and I was promoted to Supervisor multiple times, taking responsibility for opening and closing procedures, cash handling, supporting colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. In manufacturing and manual labour roles, I developed practical skills such as operating industrial sewing and eyelet machines, working on production lines, handling physical tasks, and meeting quality and efficiency targets. I have worked across bars and kitchens, including during busy events, developing skills in cocktail preparation, food service, and hygiene standards. Across all roles, I have built rapport with colleagues and customers, adapted quickly to changing demands, and developed leadership skills that enable me to guide and support teams effectively.

I successfully passed all my GCSEs and went on to complete A Levels in Film and Art. In addition, I achieved an Extended Diploma in Media, which allowed me to develop practical skills in media production, analysis, and creative project work. These qualifications provided a strong foundation in both creative and analytical thinking, supporting my personal and professional development.
