• Worked closely with WeWork stakeholders (incl. Legal, Operations, Security, F&B, and Sales) to create the best possible private event experience.
• Managing relationships with third-party partners (i.e. event agencies, catering suppliers, security teams, cleaning management )
• Planned and designed marketing campaigns for large-scale events for WeWork London and created marketing materials for promotional growth events which were transferable to international WeWork locations.

• Used industry market and trend knowledge to adapt the design of window displays and promotional planograms for Korea, Japan, and China. This project was featured in China's GQ magazine.
