On this ward my role as a nurse was essential in ensuring that from the point of admission patients receive an excellent level of holistic care. I was responsible for ensuring the health, safety and development of patients with complex healthcare needs. Ensured needs were met to the highest standard whilst demonstrating strong leadership qualities with the ability to conduct patient assessments and supervise the provision of safe and compassionate care. 

On this ward I have gained mass skills and knowledge in a range of specialities including Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Maxillofacial, General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
