- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills. 
- Map key surveillance priorities in conjunction with key stakeholders
- Developement and implementation of health surveillance programs for key priorities where ever an effective process is not already in place.
- Undertaken health surveillance for key worker groups – crane drivers, workers exposed to high noise levels, workers exposed to certain high-impact chemicals (Benzene, Asbestos, ionizing radiation), vehicle drivers, fire team members, food handlers, and offshore workers.
- Draft health surveillance schedule, and develop and distribute employee guidance information.
