Gavin Neeson

A passionate and caring individual that puts customers and the business first. Always keen to learn new things and grow as a person. Take great pride in making sure everyone has a fun time in my classes while maintaining a safe environment. Teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and with over 14 years experience in pilates and yoga. I feel that I would bring so much to any business that takes me on board, with a pleasant and happy way about me at all times. As an ex professional ballet and contemporary dancer I am very discipline with regards to technique and proper alignment of all clients. I have also had the opportunity to work in the hospital (NHS) with people in major trauma injuries, helping them rehabilitate and get back to a “normal” way of life, promoting independence and empowering others to believe they can do it. 

• 6 years professional dancer travelling the globe
• 14 years doing yoga and pilates continued practice 
• 4 years teaching pilates in the couch and private jobs
• 10 years teaching fitness classes - new Zealand, Switzerland, England, Ireland
• 4 years in NHS working in major trauma - England 
• Customer service roles for 18 years throughout my professional career 

Degree in contemporary dance (level 6) 2.1. Northern school of contemporary dance in England.

All relevant fitness qualifications aquired also.
