About Gillian Lock:

I am a published illustrator and pet portrait artist. I specialise in Children's book illustration and had the wonderful opportunity last year to calloborate on the novel Diary of a Czar.

 I love nothing more than bringing stories to life one and have a fondness for creating anthropomorphic characters. 

 

I studied at Middlesex University where I have a NA Honors in VCD Illustration.

 

Experience

I work as a freelance illustrator and pet portrait artist. In 2001 I had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with an author on his novel Diary of a Czar which made it to publication in 2022.
