  • Communicate regularly with department managers to allocate resources effectively, balancing multiple project needs.
  • Coordinate project scheduling by liaising with IT colleagues and other stakeholders to improve capacity planning.
  • Create and manage board packs for Steering Committee meetings, ensuring senior leadership has up-to-date and relevant information for decision-making.

PMO Analyst
