Experience

Having worked in various sales and customer service roles I am able to build rapport with customers, putting them at ease and flexibly approaching and resolving any issues they may have.

I have created content for an online magazine for two years, tasks in this role include copywriting, image sourcing, interviewing, proofreading and editing. 

I have also spent some time as a virtual assistant to an independent marketing professional. This has allowed me to develop my personal and professional skills, giving me an in-depth understanding of what it takes to work remotely and flexibly online. Taking on a range of responsibilities and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Btec in electronic music production 

• 8 GCSE‘s A* - C (including Mathsand English)

• A selection of online qualifications taken to broaden my knowledge and skills

While my formal education may appear lacking I have taken it upon myself to educate myself further in my own time. Honing skills that come naturally to me I have developed an individual style and objective outlook. I will attempt any task that is put before me and I am not afraid to learn on the job, which I am able to do rapidly.
