Experience
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and implementing the People First Strategy in line with the overall Business objectives. This included creating a Mental Health and Well-being policy
• Responsible for all HR related activities within the company, taking advice from an external HR consultant
• Deliver the annual Employee Engagement survey and responsible for implementing improvements to continuously increase feedback scores
• Delivering L&D training to the Senior Management and Management team, created in collaboration with a Behavioural Change Consultant
• Review and deliver employee incentive initiatives, including remuneration and reward strategies
• Responsible for recruitment, retention and training across all departments, including implementing progression plans and training requirements for all employees
• Continuous promotion of the company values and behaviours during regular one to one’s and appraisals
• Coaching & Mentoring the Management Team to enable them to successfully manage their teams in line with the culture of the business
• Lead with the Senior Management team to Improve Organisational Health & Culture
• Attending Board meetings and analysing high level data from each department to make strategic and commercial decisions to drive the success of the company
• Chairing the monthly Continuous Improvement meetings with the Senior Leadership team, and ensuring actions are communicated and completed
• Managing various People Projects throughout each department, to hit Employee Engagement KPI’s
