I have more than 10 years of experience in technology consulting with more than several professional certifications & badges which includes IBM Experienced IT Consultant, IBM Certified for Actualizing IT Solutions, IBM Certified for Developing & Supporting Products, IBM Design Thinking Practitioner badge, IBM Blockchain Explorer badge, IBM Big Data 101 Certificate, Oracle Certified Siebel Expert & Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. After realizing my potential, I decided to make an impact and founded a tech startup, bootstrapped it, built my team of professionals, handled all the challenges that a startup has to offer, made it profitable and sold it to investors.

I have been part of different projects following different methodologies from waterfall & iterative to agile. My tasks involved requirements gathering (functional/non-functional) to document BRD/FRS through different techniques like interviews, reading client documentations, interviews, workshops & requirements reengineering. Later on, I was entrusted with leadership and was also responsible for daily meetings, product success, leading teams, resolving conflicts, keeping the teams excited & motivated, complete knowledge & vision of the products, prioritizing tasks based on importance, impact, cost, demand and expected increase in business, improve revenue based on research & data, share ideas for improvement, user & client handling, define/design of solutions, proposing solutions, automating processes, preparing ER diagrams, feasibility matrix, supporting projects through different phases of SDLC, working with Dev teams, testing, reporting bugs, system analysis, risk analysis, gap analysis, logging bugs in bug tracking tools, conducting user trainings and UAT.
