I am an ACCA qualified finance leader with more than fifteen years of experience across multinational environments in the manufacturing, industrial technology and luxury retail sectors. Most of my career has been with Baker Hughes, where I worked in Germany and Hungary in senior controllership roles supporting multiple legal entities across Europe. I have led financial reporting, IFRS and local GAAP compliance, audits, internal controls, tax matters and complex revenue arrangements. My work has included managing month end close, strengthening financial governance, improving SOX controls and delivering accurate management reporting. I have redesigned multi ERP processes, resolved significant P&L exposures, reconciled large aged receivables and supported major system migrations. I am experienced in leading and developing teams, partnering with cross functional stakeholders and improving financial operations to support better decision making and long term business performance.
