• Gender Pay Gap & Ethnicity Pay Gap activities such as: Producing accurate and timely annual calculations in line with the regulations; Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and adapting the process as necessary; Analysis of pay gap (level breakdowns, deep dives and understanding); and keeping up to date with developing market practice. 
• Engagement activities such as: Contract discussions and negotiations with third party provider; Overall project management and single point of contact for third party provider; Managing the regional champions to work within agreed timelines and providing guidance and advice; Managing the production of Executive and Board results packs and overall insights.
