My experience as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant at St Lawrence Primary School has equipped me with the skills necessary to foster the development and well-being of each pupil, ensuring they feel valued and confident.

In my current role, I work closely with children with Special Educational Needs, implementing individualised intervention plans to support their learning goals.
