I am a Birmingham based professional who is just finishing her second year studying Events Management. I have a bubbly personality and I am a fast learner. I am creative, organised, I can multitask and I am fluent in Romanian and English and can speak Spanish, French and Italian at a beginner level. 28 April 2021- current job - Assistant Manager at Fast Forward Vets / during this employment I have achieved a certification support officer accreditation awarded by APHA

30 Oct 2017- 28 April 2021 Branch Manager / Mobile Colleague at Timpson LTD / main attributions were key cutting, phone repairs, shoe repairs, engraving, managing the branch I was covering , placing stock orders, accomplishing orders on customer personal items. During this employment I was awarded for my customer care skills by the company, in 2019 and received a trip to Iceland. I have ranked 1st in the area at customer care for more than 6 months.

I am just finishing my second year studying Events Management at Solent University Southampton ( Birmingham QA centre ) .
