With 20 years of experience working in various analytical functions at a global corporation, I am passionate about using data to tell stories and drive business decisions. Experienced in using business intelligence (Power BI and MicroStrategy) to analyse large datasets, and to provide insight to the business through easy to use dashboards.

Approximately 15 years experience as a team manager, and 6 years as a senior manager. Leading organisational projects in a heavily regulated industry. Developing and coaching Data Analysts and Data Engineers within a ‘centre of excellence’ environment.

Experienced in designing, maintaining and utilising data models, leveraging controlled automation at every opportunity.

A proven track record of collaborating and communicating with diverse stakeholders at all levels within a large organisation, to understand requirements, and to identify opportunities for using data to go above and beyond.

Certificate in Mortgage Advice (CeMAP) - 2000

Educated to GCSE level in 1992, including Maths, English and Science.
