I have 3 years experience as an Analyst at New Zealand’s leading REIT and a Masters degree in Finance achieved with honours from the University of Auckland. 

I have a three year youth mobility visa valid from October 2023.

Property and Operations Analyst

Key responsibilities include:
- Management of operational reporting for the stabilised portfolio including calculation of property metrics for management and Goodman Group
- Forecasting of Net Property Income for the GMT fund model
- Co-ordination of external valuations on a ~$5 billion dollar property portfolio
- Capital expenditure forecasting and tracking for the stabilised portfolio
- Writing property services board papers 
- Fund modelling and forecasting support to the wider analyst team
- Ad-hoc portfolio analysis and presentation curation 
- Management of the Property Services operational improvement road map
- Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the property services team

Master of Commerce (MCom) - Finance

Grade: First Class Honours

• A grade average across all taught papers including a top 5 in class for Financial Machine Learning and Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis
• My climate finance dissertation examined changes in the financial policies of the worst polluting firms in America after the 2016 presidential election (A Grade)
