Nikki Woodward

As the Communications Manager at H&M Customer Service, I lead a team of Global Communication Specialists who are responsible for creating and delivering engaging and informative content across various channels, including social media, intranet, website, and phone lines. With over 13 years of experience in communication roles, I have developed strong skills in video direction, stakeholder engagement, relationship development, and copywriting.

My mission is to support the Customer Service management team, HR, and projects with effective communication plans and strategies, and to facilitate global meetings and collaboration using Office 365 applications. I also work closely with the local Communication Managers in the Customer Service Centres around the world to ensure consistent and timely communication. I am passionate about fashion, the environment and social media, and I enjoy taking on new challenges and delivering high-quality results. I am looking for a challenging role within a business that values creativity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

I have held many management positions within H&M, most recent I was the Communication Manager for the global customer service department where I oversaw a group of Global Communication Specialists. As well a the day to day running of the department I developed the group both as a whole and individually, carrying our staff appraisals and fostering teamwork.

I supported the global management team with key iternal messaging and communication plans. I also facilitated and organised global events both live and virtual. Providing powerpoint and other visual aids such as video. I oversaw the global social media teams and was responsible for the master copies of the customer service pages on the website.

To be successful `i worked closely with other stakeholders such as HR, media relations, marketing and business development. Because if this I was able to produce relevant, inspiring and engaging content to keep our 3000+ employees up to date with all they needed to know.

I hold a Bachelors Degree in printed textiles and fashion which lays down a creative streak that is most useful for communication work.
