• Meeting and greet VIPS from chauffeur drive
• Escorting them to Check-in 
• Then through to the business lounge. 
•  As an experienced agent I was responsible for shadowing and supporting new recruits with the Check-in system. 
• I Jointed the Special Assistance team deaing with unaccompanied minors.
• Worked in the departure lounge on the info desk. Dealing with flight delays, and general trouble shooting.
