I’m Phoebe, a Marketing Executive who thrives on bringing bold ideas
to life through campaigns, content and events that leave a mark. With
over three years of experience in social media management, content
creation, campaign strategy and event execution, I know how to take an
idea from concept to impact, whether that’s a data-driven campaign, a
brand activation or an engaging live experience.

I’m passionate about creating strategic, story-led marketing that
doesn’t just attract attention but builds real connection. From leading
affiliate campaigns to designing graphics, managing CMS platforms and
coordinating events, I bring both creativity and structure to every
project.

What drives me is the chance to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content
through campaigns and experiences that spark conversations, energise
communities and deliver results. Fast-paced environments excite me
and I thrive when no two days look the same.

Outside of work, I’m inspired by fitness, travel, health, and wellbeing—
and I love exploring events, music, and lifestyle experiences. I channel
that same curiosity and energy into building brands that people don’t
just see, but feel.

Over the past few years, I’ve managed content and social media for a variety of industries at various levels by developing campaigns, creating video and photography, and building authentic communities around shared values. My background spans content strategy, brand storytelling, event coverage, influencer partnerships, and data-led growth, all while working hands-on with production and creative direction. I thrive in fast-paced, purpose-led environments where I can take an idea from concept to live content that moves people! 

I hold a degree in Business Management and Marketing, which provided a strong foundation in key areas such as consumer behaviour, brand strategy, digital marketing, and project management. Through practical coursework and projects, I developed skills in campaign planning, social media strategy, market analysis, and content creation. This education has equipped me to approach marketing with both a strategic mindset and a creative perspective, enabling me to deliver results while aligning with brand objectives.
